Several pages, several initials: each signer is guided to every one of their spots.

📄

Offers, counteroffers and addenda

Get each party’s signature without waiting for everyone to be in one room.

🗂

Residential leases and renewals

Tenants and co-tenants each sign their own lines on the same lease, with a certificate for the file.

💼

Property management agreements

Owner agreements and renewals for the rentals you manage.

No mix-ups

Buyers and sellers only see where to sign

On a document with four signers, it is easy for one person to sign another’s line. SignLucid shows each signer only their own path through the document.

  • Each signer’s fields have their own color, set by you before sending.
  • Other signers’ fields are greyed out and can’t be clicked.
  • Signers can decline with a reason instead of leaving you guessing.
  • If a spot is still wrong, send back just that one field.
Documents with their own rules. Deeds and other documents that must be notarized or recorded with the county follow their own rules, so don’t send those through SignLucid. Use the forms your state, association or brokerage requires — upload the PDF as it is, and follow your brokerage’s e-signature policy.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are e-signatures valid on real estate documents?

In the United States, the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA laws generally give an electronic signature the same effect as ink when the signer agrees to sign electronically, intends to sign, the signature is tied to the document, and the record can be kept and reproduced. SignLucid records each of those steps on the certificate of completion. Documents that must be notarized or recorded, such as deeds, have their own rules. See E-signature laws. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can everyone sign at the same time?

Yes. Each signer gets their own link as soon as you send, and can sign whenever they are ready. You can see who has signed and send a reminder to the rest.

Can I sign as the agent in the same envelope?

Yes. Add yourself as a signer with your own fields and color, and sign from your own link.

Do my buyers and sellers need an account or an app?

No. Each signer gets a private link and signs in any browser, on a phone or a computer. Signers never create an account and never pay. If someone has no e-mail, copy their link into a text or WeChat message.

What if someone signs in the wrong place?

Open the envelope, tick only the fields that are wrong and add a note. The signer gets a new link and re-signs just those spots; everything already signed stays as it was, and the audit trail keeps every version.

How is SignLucid priced?

By firm, per month, from $0.99. Each plan includes a monthly envelope allowance: Basic 3, Starter 30, Pro 100, Firm 300. Pro is for teams of up to 3, Firm for up to 10 and puts your firm’s name and color on the signing page. Try every feature free for 7 days (10 envelopes), no credit card. See pricing.
