Each request you send for signature counts as one envelope. You can combine several PDFs in one envelope, such as an 8879, a state form and an engagement letter. Every paid plan includes unlimited envelopes; the Free plan includes 3 a month.

Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account moves to the free plan with 3 envelopes a month; everything you sent stays in your account and can still be signed and downloaded.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect the same day; downgrades take effect when your current paid period ends. Yearly billing includes two months free.
Monthly plans aren't refunded for the current month; your plan runs to the end of that month. Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of the first payment or a renewal are refunded for the unused whole months; after 30 days, the plan runs to the end of the paid year without a refund. Refunds go back by the original payment method.
If an invoice isn't paid by its due date, we'll remind you and allow 7 more days. After that, your account moves to the Free plan (3 envelopes a month); everything you've sent and stored is kept, and your plan comes back as soon as payment is made.
Yes, for your firm's normal client work, however busy tax season gets. It doesn't cover marketing blasts, sending on behalf of other businesses, or automated bulk sending (Terms §3.6). If usage is far beyond a typical firm, we'll talk with you first; we won't just shut it off. This applies to paid plans; the Free plan includes 3 envelopes a month.
KBA identity verification is in development and isn't available yet. When it launches, it will be priced per verification, and the price will be listed on this page first. Until then, sign 8879s in person, or have clients hand-sign and return a scan.
