No. SignLucid finds signature lines and places fields with form rules and the layouts your firm has saved. That works the same on every plan and never sends your document to an AI provider.
No. It explains what the document is in plain words. It is labeled “Written by AI”, and signers are reminded to read the document itself before they sign.
For AI guidance, the signer always signs the document itself, not the summary, and signing never depends on it. For invoices, SignLucid only fills in a draft; you check and correct it before you send, and you can always fill it in by hand.
No. AI-assisted invoicing runs on SignLucid’s own recognition and your service templates. Your sentence and your invoices aren’t sent to any AI provider.
AI guidance: yes, an owner or admin turns it on or off in Settings, and each change is recorded; while it’s off, nothing is sent to the AI provider. AI-assisted invoicing has no switch because nothing leaves SignLucid; you can always fill in an invoice by hand.
English and Simplified Chinese. AI guidance writes each summary in both. You can type an invoice sentence in either language.
